Start of the turnout

Each course of treatment starts with an examination ordered by Prof. A. Frydrychowski. The results of the examination are analysed by Prof. A. Frydrychowski and further treatment is selected for each person individually. We have appropriate rehabilitation equipment in our centre, which is used by each person according to the recommendations previously agreed with the head of the treatment base. During the course of the holiday, there are sports, dance, breathing, Nordic walking, aqua aerobics, yoga and stretching classes. We will also teach you how to prepare keto meals yourself. We will provide a cooking demonstration led by chef Maciej Mąka. To ensure relaxation and fun, we organise dance evenings with DJ KRIS.

We carry out the following studies

25(OH)D3:
This tests the level of vitamin D in the body. Vitamin D is essential for bone health, the immune system and many other functions in the body. With this test, we are able to recommend appropriate supplementation or dietary adjustments.

Homocysteine:
We recommend performing this test yourself. Homocysteine is a risk marker for cardiovascular disease. A high homocysteine level may indicate vitamin deficiencies or metabolic problems. Please note that the waiting time for the result is 3 working days.

CRP:
This is a marker of inflammation in the body. A high CRP level may indicate inflammatory processes that may be the result of various conditions.

Glucose:
A test of blood sugar levels. Assesses whether the participant has normal glucose levels or whether they need specialised diet or intervention.

Framework daily schedule

8:00 - 8:30
Morning Gymnastics *

We start the day with energetic exercises to stimulate the body and mind. A series of simple and effective exercises help to relax muscles, improve circulation and prepare for an active day at the resort.

9:00 - 10:30
Breakfast

A balanced meal consisting of products ideal for the keto diet. Rich in fat and protein, the products will provide energy for the entire morning. Fresh vegetables, meats and healthy fats are our key to a tasty and filling breakfast.

11:00 - 13:00
Organised activities *

An interactive workshop focusing on education about the keto diet. Participants will learn how to plan meals effectively, what foods to choose and the health benefits of this way of eating.

13:30 - 15:00
Dinner

Tasty and filling dishes, based on products from the keto diet. We emphasise the importance of healthy fats, protein and low carbohydrates, while taking care of the variety and taste of the dishes.

15:30 - 17:30
Organised activities *

Time to get active! Workout sessions tailored to every fitness level to burn fat and improve fitness in the spirit of the keto diet.

18:00 - 19:00
Dinner

Light but nutritious meals that provide essential nutrients and help you recover from a day full of activity

19:00 - 22:00
Organised activities *

An evening time of relaxation and integration. This could be a film session on healthy living, discussions about your keto diet experience or a relaxed gathering with music and dancing. A time to relax and gain strength for the next day.
